Milk mawa is hand roasted in Kadai with ghee until its brown and firm. The right amount of sugar and cardamom powder is added and then covered with coconut powder for wonderful flavors and special texture. A crispy brown khoya and irresistible blend of flavor gives a unique delicacy and party favorite.
