Stove
1.
Roast individually on a flat pan or over a direct
flame to desired crispiness.
2.
Lightly brush with oil, ghee or butter, if desired.
Oven
1.
Preheat oven to 150°F.
2.
Wrap chapatti/paratha in aluminum foil to prevent
drying. Note:
Parathas can be lightly oven toasted without foil for
added crispiness.
3.
Heat in oven. (Approximately
10 minutes for (3) parathas wrapped in foil; however,
cooking time will vary by oven)
4.
Remove from oven and lightly brush with ghee or
butter, if desired.
