Here are some instructions to how to prepare / heat our products to enjoy the best taste of it.

Chapati/Paratha stored in freezer

1.     Chapati and paratha can be heated first in the microwave for no more than 10 seconds each. (to remove the chill).

2.     Follow directions below for “Chapati/Paratha stored in refrigerator.”

Stove

1.     Roast individually on a flat pan or over a direct flame to desired crispiness.

2.     Lightly brush with oil, ghee or butter, if desired. 

Oven

1.     Preheat oven to 150°F.

2.     Wrap chapatti/paratha in aluminum foil to prevent drying.  Note:  Parathas can be lightly oven toasted without foil for added crispiness.

3.     Heat in oven.  (Approximately 10 minutes for (3) parathas wrapped in foil; however, cooking time will vary by oven)

4.     Remove from oven and lightly brush with ghee or butter, if desired.
