All of our food is prepared with the highest quality ingredients to your taste in our state-of-the-art kitchen.  Our kitchen is over (4000) square feet, licensed by the state of NJ, and fully insured.  Our staff is supported by (25) full-time employees, where food can be prepared for (50)-(5000) guests in a matter of hours!  Our vast facility and experienced staff is your insurance that our services will be provided on time and with the utmost care and quality.
